The Technology Student Association (TSA) offers a comprehensive program of competitive events that showcase the knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities of TSA members. These competitions span a wide range of STEM-related fields and provide students with opportunities to apply their classroom learning to real-world challenges.

Competition Levels
TSA competitions are held at regional, state, and national levels.
Regional Competitions
Regional competitions are typically held in January and February. These events serve as qualifiers for the state conference and allow students to showcase their projects and compete against other schools in their region.
Myers Park TSA participates in the Western North Carolina Regional Conference, which includes schools from Charlotte and surrounding areas.
State Conference
The North Carolina TSA State Leadership Conference is held annually in March.
The state conference includes competitive events, leadership activities, general sessions, and opportunities to network with other TSA members from across North Carolina.
National Conference
The National TSA Conference is the culmination of the TSA competitive events program. Students who place in the top positions at their state conference are eligible to compete at the national level.
The national conference is typically held in June and brings together thousands of students from across the country for a week of competitions, leadership development, and networking opportunities.
